Please review our policy carefully to ensure you are aware of rebooking and cancellation fees.
48+ Hours Before Event
- Appt changes are allowed only via self-service using links in email ⬇ directions below
- Reschedule at no additional cost
- Cancellations receive a full refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-14 business days
Less Than 48 Hours Before Event
- No refunds, cancellations or reschedules allowed
Rebooking Fees
- Rebooking fees occur if you do not use the self-service tool to cover transaction fees and staff labor to process
- Purchasing a reservation, cancelling it, and then rebooking a new one results in a $5 rebooking fee
- Purchasing multiple reservations to hold spaces as "options" and cancelling results in a $5 rebooking fee per reservation
- Holding spaces "just in case" affects our business and customers in negatively in many ways.

Step 3: Select your option and update here
Last Minute Bookings
If you book your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, all policies still apply.
