Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our policy carefully to ensure you are aware of rebooking and cancellation fees.

48+ Hours Before Event

  • Appt changes are allowed only via self-service using links in email ⬇ directions below
  • Reschedule at no additional cost
  • Cancellations receive a full refund
  • Refunds are processed within 5-14 business days

Less Than 48 Hours Before Event

  • No refunds, cancellations or reschedules allowed

Rebooking Fees

  • Rebooking fees occur if you do not use the self-service tool to cover transaction fees and staff labor to process
  • Purchasing a reservation, cancelling it, and then rebooking a new one results in a $5 rebooking fee
  • Purchasing multiple reservations to hold spaces as "options" and cancelling results in a $5 rebooking fee per reservation
  • Holding spaces "just in case" affects our business and customers in negatively in many ways.
