900 Experience Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are late to your reservation, we unfortunately cannot guarantee your space as we are fully booked most days. Your reservation will be subject to the below terms.
More than 48 hours before your reservation:
  • Cancellations: Full refund
  • Reschedules: Allowed 
  • If you purchase a reservation, cancel it, and then rebook a new one, you will be subject to a $5 rebooking fee.
  • How To: You may use the links in your booking confirmation email (not your payment confirmation email) to reschedule or cancel. We suggest searching your email for the words "900 Santa Reschedule" and you should find the email with the links in it.
24 to 48 hours before your reservation:
  • Cancellations: 50% refund
  • Reschedules: Allowed with a $25 late change fee

Less than 24 hours before your reservation:

  • No cancellations or reschedules are allowed
  • No refunds
Please do not purchase multiple reservations, with the intention of keeping only one. ALL reservations will be held to the same policies as above, even if you purchase multiples to try to secure a different time slot, but only intend to use one.
Purchasing multiple reservations and then requesting to cancel one of them will result in fees of $5 per reservation regardless of when the reservation is.

Please note that these links will no longer work once you are less than 48 hours before your reservation.
