What You Get

  • Get 10 rental hours at Event Image Co.'s Creator Studio each month.
  • Your studio rentals are exclusive use, so you will be the only one in the space other than a possible site rep.
  • 25% off additional rental hours if you use all of your monthly hours.
  • 50% off on add-ons!

Rentals are totally flexible!

  • NO BLACKOUTS. Rentals are first come, first serve. You will be able to see the schedule real time on the calendar to know what dates/times are available.
  • NO MINIMUMS. Rent for 1 hour, or use all at once.
  • Discounts on rental add-ons

These are just some callouts with common questions for bookings.

NOT ALLOWED:

  1. No smoking
  2. No alcohol
  3. No adult filming
  4. No cooking
  5. No loud noises between 11pm-6am
  6. Absolutely NO parties or gatherings other than to film or photograph
  7. NO possession of firearms or other weapons of any kind
  8. NO possession of illegal substances of any kind
  9. NO physically violent or verbally abusive actions or behaviors

ALLOWED:

  1. Smoke machines
  2. Children ages 17 & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18 or over.
  3. Pets allowed
  4. Meetings allowed
  5. Film/photography shoots
  6. Tagging @eventimageco on social media!

Membership commitment of 1 year. 7 day notice required for membership termination. Bookings made with memberships will be subject to a cancellation policy. Cancellations less than 5 days before the booking will incur a cancellation fee of $99.

A: Up to 20 - special circumstances and requests may allow for more

A: 1500 sq/ft

Q: Is this space handicap accessible?

A: Sadly, the basement does not have an elevator, and both main sets are 4 steps up from the main floor.

Parking

Free street parking in the area is very hit or miss but here's our general experience:

12a-7a: VERY easy to find free spots overall

7a-11a: It's fairly easy to nab free spots and VERY easy to grab a meter.

11a-5p: Can be hard to park and you'll like need to park 2-3 blocks away. Finding free parking will be hard.
